Shark Bite is my second single, a song that comments on dysfunctional families, specifically father and daughter relationships. It was inspired by the phenomenon that fathers become emotionally distant with their daughters after they hit puberty despite both of them desiring a deeper connection. Ultimately, the song explores words unsaid and what would happen if both parties decide to finally open up to each other. I believe this song will be incredibly relatable for teenage/young adult, female listeners, many of which would give anything to spend one more day with the version of their father they once knew.
